Ileana has an extensive background having served in a variety of roles with large general contractors and subcontractors across the Dallas – Fort Worth market. Over the past 15 years, she has developed a diverse skillset covering all facets of construction administration.

Chuck is a third-generation concrete finisher (ACI Certified specialty commercial / industrial finisher). With over 40 years of experience, Chuck’s specialties are high flatness and large placement slabs.

A graduate of Texas A&M Engineering, Omar is an expert at managing and pricing commercial concrete projects. He has estimated and managed a wide variety of concrete projects, including large projects in excess of 1 million CY of concrete.

Dave has been in the commercial construction business for over 40 years. His successful experience covers preliminary estimates, contract negotiations, driving production, strong completions and moving on to the next project.
